Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. We are also not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are with the carrier.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at joi@abidehaus.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Some items cannot be returned, including personal care products, custom items, sale items, and gift cards.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at joi@abidehaus.com.
