All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–14 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package in transit.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Abide Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Abide Haus is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is under their control.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.
